CPNW hit the ground running in National CP Football League opening fixture on Saturday 9th September 2023.
Opening game against a very competitive West Bromwich Albion CP side, was a very close game. Superb goals from Jayden Kenyon & James Farmer secured the win.
Second game of the day was against league newcomers Burton Albion CP. Another quality game, once and own goal opened the scoring, further goals from Riley Desouza & a brace from Jayden Kenyon guaranteed the 3 points.
Our final game againstNortheast & Yorkshire CP was tough test with quality football from both teams. Our defence stood strong in the physical battle and a James Roberts secured the win with a fantastic strike!
